1. Agreement
By accessing or using Boothcraft Studios, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Bookings and payments
- Bookings are requests until confirmed by email. We may decline or propose alternatives.
- Prices are shown in the catalog and may change before confirmation.
- Payment instructions are sent upon confirmation. Unpaid bookings may be released.
3. Cancellations and rescheduling
- Cancel 24+ hours before start time for full credit.
- Inside 24 hours, a 50% fee applies. No-shows are billed in full.
- One complimentary reschedule when requested 24+ hours before start time.
4. Studio rules
- No smoking or vaping. Drinks with lids only.
- Handle gear with care; report issues immediately.
- Arrive on time; sessions must end at the scheduled time to respect the next booking.
5. Add-ons and third-party gear
You may bring your own equipment. Our engineer can assist as time allows. We are not responsible for damage to third-party gear.
6. Content responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you record and for having rights to all included materials.
7. Disclaimers
We provide services “as is.” While we maintain a quiet signal chain and high reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boothcraft Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the affected booking.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the studio, your content, or breach of these Terms.
10. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with an updated date.
